Preston is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with experience in applying and developing epidemiological and health economic research methods. His PhD focused on supplying data inputs for health economic evaluations of lung cancer control policies such as tobacco control and lung cancer screening. Present areas of research include modelling systemic therapy outcomes and costs for ovarian cancer, applying biological models of lung carcinogenesis to cohort studies, and forecasting future incidence of lung cancer, including molecular subpopulations of lung cancer.
