Joanne Scarfe (MPH, MMComm, BA) works within the Health Economics stream and is based at the Sydney School of Public Health, University of Sydney. Her focus is on economic evaluations assessing the cost-effectiveness of artificial intelligence in breast cancer screening, and the cost-effectiveness of supporting clinicians to provide smoking cessation support to pregnant women. Jo also holds roles as Research Fellow at the Menzies Centre for Health Policy and Economics, and Adjunct Associate Lecturer, Sydney School of Public Health at the University of Sydney.
