Suzanne manages, designs and conducts scoping and systematic reviews to provide high quality objective evidence to underpin clinical practice, government policy and modelling. Since 2007 she has reviewed a wide range of topics including breast and prostate imaging, the diagnostic accuracy of prostate cancer tests, liver cancer surveillance in the primary care setting, the effect of a cancer diagnosis on COVID infection and prognosis, psychosocial interventions for prostate cancer and treatments for prostate cancer, lung cancer, colon cancer and cervical cancer. Several of these reviews were the evidence bases for the PSA testing guidelines, clinical practice guidelines for the treatment of advanced prostate cancer and guidelines to support the National Cervical Screening Program. She is currently involved in a number of reviews related to breast cancer screening for the Roadmap to Optimising Screening in Australia project . Suzanne also supports the systematic review team members and other researchers by providing advice on systematic review methods and strategies.
